Open Access Policy

Open Access Policy (For IJLSS)

The International Journal of Law and Social Science (IJLSS) is committed to the principle that scholarly research should be freely accessible to all. In line with this vision, the Journal provides immediate open access to all its published content, ensuring that knowledge is openly shared and accessible without financial, legal, or technical barriers.

All published materials—including Research Articles, Review Articles, Book Reviews, Case Notes, and Editorial Commentaries—can be downloaded directly from our website without any registration or subscription fees.

IJLSS distributes its publications under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. This license permits users to:

  • Read, download, and print the full texts

  • Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

  • Share links and use the content for non-commercial purposes

  • Create adaptations, provided appropriate credit is given

  • Distribute derivative works under the same license

This policy aligns with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), affirming our commitment to advancing global scholarly communication. Through unrestricted access, IJLSS supports equitable knowledge dissemination, enhances research visibility, and fosters cross-disciplinary dialogue across academic communities.
